Firm, quite deep, slightly smoky and clearly yeasty, also a little dried vegetable to herbaceous aroma with aromas of pome fruit and citrus, hinted at white pepper and mineral tones. Ripe, bright, juicy fruit, vegetable, nutty and smoky tones, persistent and quite dense on the palate, has power, salt in the background, still slightly rough tannins, very good, firm, tart, slightly warm finish
