2018 Iphofen Silvaner VDP.Ortswein trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart nose, herbaceous, mineral and light peppery notes, light yellow fruit, hint of sugar candy, nutty traces and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, slightly warm and creamy fruit on the palate, partlycandied, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, fairly prominent mineral notes, good substance and persistence, ethereal herbaceous traces, still young, some depth, full-bodied, very good finish.
