Fairly cool nose, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral notes, prominent mineral notes, restrained, light yellow fruit aromas. Ripe, slightlycreamy, dry fruit on the palate, nutty, vegetal, light yeasty and herbaceous aromas, very elegant acidity, persistent, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, earthyand chalky mineral notes, peppery traces, still very slightly muted, very good finish.
