Firm, distinctly vegetable aroma with earthy to mineral and restrained yellow-fruity aromas and a hint of smoke and mushrooms. Astringent, fairly firm fruit with clearly vegetable, nutty to almost a little woody and again slightly mushy notes, dense and persistent on the palate, lots of grip, earthy and chalky mineral and salty notes, lots of power, still undeveloped, somewhat covering tannin, very good, firm finish
