2017 Würzburg Stein Silvaner trocken VDP.Erste Lage, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart nose, light vegetal notes, prominent earthy and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit, whiff of dill. Clear, firm, tart, cool fruit on the palate, yeasty and nutty notes, prominent vegetal and herbaceous aromas, fairly lively acidity, ripe tannins provide light grip, persistent and fairly concentrated, still undeveloped, prominent earthy and salty mineral notes, some depth, very good firm, tart, juicy, yeasty and very minerally finish. Still needs some time to mature.
