Clear nose, delicate yeasty and floral notes, elegant herbaceous notes, light yellow fruit, some white pepper, prominent cool mineral notes. Polsihed, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, elegant vegetal and some peppery notes, lively, elegant acidity, integrated tannins, persistent and has some grip, some depth, floral traces, still very young, quite complex, very good tart, juicy, spicy, grippy finish. Has improved significantly in the months since its bottling.

Editor note: Clear, youthful nose, pomaceous fruit, elegant vegetal, floral and mineral traces. Licht-bodied, elegant, juicy dry fruit on the palate, vegetal and floral traces, delicate nutty aromas, yeasty traces, very elegant and fairly lively acidity, slightly persistent, mineral notes in the background, fresh style on a very good finish.
