2016 Würzburg Stein Silvaner Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, tart yellow fruit, delicate hint of tobacco, light nutty notes, fairly prominent mineral notes. Clear, polished, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, herbaceous and floral notes, touch of yellow spice, good persistence and substance, salty mineral notes in the background, still young, some grip, hint of peperoni peppers on a very good firm, juicy, herbaceous, salty finish.
