2015 Würzburg Stein Silvaner trocken Erste Lage, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Fairly firm nose, elegant vegetal and prominent mineral notes, pomaceous fruit, delicate hint of tobacco. Clear, polished, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, firm and persistent, lively acidity, light tannic touch, quite full-bodied, but remains fairly cool, delicate hint of tobacco in the background, tart earthy and mineral notes, still udneveloped, salty notes, some bite on a very good tart finish.
