2015 Würzburg Stein Silvaner Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Earthy and prominent vegetal notes on a fairly deep nose, still slightly yeasty, light floral notes, slightly muted yellow fruit. Elegant, juicy, slightly muted citrus and pomaceous fruit on the palate, vegetal, light nutty and yeasty notes, prominent earthy and mineral notes, touch of cardamom, delicate hint of caramel, moderate acidity, integrated sandy tannins, persistent, good substance, oily traces, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, again slightly muted and tannic on a very good nutty finish.
