Leicht schmelzige, süßliche Frucht im Mund, Heilkräuter, etwas Salz und hell geröstete Nüsse, erdig-mineralische Beitöne, hefige Spuren, lebendige Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, sättigt etwas mit seinem Zucker und Alkohol, recht guter Abgang mit gewisser Wärme.
