2015 Iphofen Kronsberg Silvaner trocken Erste Lage, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart, cool, polished nose, prominent vegetal as well as earthy and mineral notes, restrained citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of green tobacco. Firm, tart, slightly juicy fruit on the palate, some sugar candy, prominent vegetal aromas, light salty traces, hint of green tobacco, lively acidity, integrated tannins, persistent, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, herbaceous and delicate floral notes, hint of red berries, firm structure, still veryyoung, beomes increasingly juicy with aeration, light yeasty and prominent mineral notes on a very good finish.
