Translate to English Fester, etwas nussiger, vegetabiler und erdiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Noten, ein wenig Trockenkräutern, Pfeffer und Mineralik. Straffe, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht im Mund, lebendige Säure und noch ein Hauch Kohlensäure, kräuterige Nuancen am Gaumen, ins Salzige gehende Mineralik, nachhaltig, hat Griff und Biss, ein Hauch dunkler Beeren im Hintergrund, erstaunlich kühle Art, sehr guter Abgang mit Zug.
