Translate to English Fein-vegetabiler Zitrusduft mit Steinobstnoten, kräuterigen Aromen sowie einem Hauch schwarzer Beeren und mineralischen Tönen. Leicht süßliche, saftige Frucht im Mund, etwas hefige und deutlich kräuterige Würze, leicht nussige am Gaumen, präsente Säure, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, viel Griff durch reifen Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund Mineralik, noch jung, fester Bau, sehr guter, wieder süßlich-saftiger Abgang mit kräuteriger und mineralischer Würze. Wäre ohne den Zucker wohl noch spannender.
