Klare, recht saftige, trockene Frucht, nussige und fein-vegetabile Töne, kalkig-erdig wirkende Mineralik, feine, relativ präsente Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, eine Spur Gerbstoff, kräftig, dabei herb, fester Bau, sehr guter, wieder recht saftiger und auch leicht würziger Abgang mit kräuterigen Nuancen und gewissem Fett.
