Translate to English Fester, noch ganz unentwickelter und leicht schwefliger, dazu mineralischer und etwas kräuteriger Zitrus-Steinobstduft mit einer Spur dunkler Beeren. Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht im Mund, herbe pflanzliche Würze und erdige Mineralik, nussige Spuren, lebendige Säure, etwas Schmelz am Gaumen, aber auch Griff, gute Substanz, ganz trockener Stil, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
