2011 Würzburg Stein Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Translate to English Vegetabile, zart nussige und erdige Nase mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen, herb-kräuterigen, aber auch leicht phenolischen Tönen. Kräftig im Mund, recht fest gewirkt und leicht warm wirkend, lebendige Säure und etwas Kohlensäure, vegetabile und zart ölige Töne, erdige Mineralik, recht nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Griff, relativ gut integrierter Alkohol, gewisse Saftigkeit, wieder auch leicht bitterlich-phenolische Anklänge, tabakige Spuren, nicht allzu tief, sehr guter, saftiger und herbwürziger Abgang.
