Translate to English Fester, mineralischer, etwas vegetabiler und herb-nussiger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Noten und zart pfeffrigen Nuancen. Kräftig im Mund, schmelzig und geschliffen, reife, klare Frucht mit feinen vegetabilen und zart nussigen Aromen, feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Schmelz, aber auch biss, der ansich hohe Alkohol bleibt im Hintergrund, feine Selleriewürze, eine Spur Süßholz, noch jung, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.
