Firm, slightly smoky scent of ripe yellow fruit with tart yellow spice, a hint of tobacco and distinct minerality. Ripe, firm juicy fruit, lively, ripe, fine acidity, lots of grip, a little dried-vegetable to tobacco and also a little yellow spice, persistent, deep and relatively powerful, enormous minerality, lots of grip, very slightly sweet melting, multi-layered, with air comes a little more warmth and sweetness, very good to long, firm, very juicy and again quite mineral finish with proper persistence. In first-class condition.

Dicht und saftig im Mund, viel reife, nicht völlig trocken wirkende Frucht mit feiner Säure, getrocknet-pflanzlicher Würze und wieder intensiver, erdiger Mineralik, sehr nachhaltig am Gaumen, gute Tiefe, lang.
