Fest gewirkt im Mund, kühl, würzig und vital, feine, lebendige Säure, am Gaumen Mineralik, etwas Hefe und wieder Kräuter, gute Nachhaltigkeit, gezügelte Kraft, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
