Dried-vegetal and a hint of yeasty nose with pomaceous notes, a hint of nuts and earthy-mineral notes. Clear, slightly mature, spicy fruit, elegant, lively acidity, light tannic touch, so a touch of muted and rough, earthy mineral notes in the background, good grip, good finish. Still enjoyable.
