Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes, delicate nutty traces. Tart yellow fruit on the palate, more prominent vegetal notes, nutty and light herbaceous notes, elegant acidity, full.bodied and creamy, prominent mineral notes, persistent, hint of bacon, good depth, quite complex, still youthful, firm grip on a very good, firm, tart, juicy finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, komplexer, ungemein mineralischer und auch kräuterwürziger Duft nach reifem Kernobst und Melonen mit grün-gemüsigen Nuancen. Auch im Mund ausgesprochen fest gewirkt, feinsaftig, dicht und mineralisch, pflanzliche Würze und wieder auch nussig-gemüsige Aromen, feine, relativ präsente Säure, wirkt noch verschlossen, absolut trockener Stil, tief und sehr lang.
