Translate to English Sehr herber, tiefer, deutlich vegetabiler und erdiger Duft mit getrocknet-kräuterigen Aromen, ein wenig Pfeffer, Kraut mit Kümmel und viel kalkiger, ein wenig an Muschelschalen erinnernder Mineralik. Sehr kräftig im Mund, dicht und herb, betont vegetabile, an Wurzelgemüse erinnernde Aromen und wieder erdige bis kalkige Mineralik, dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr feine Säure und mürber Gerbstoff, ein Hauch Kandis und Tabak, gewürzige Töne, Suppenkräuter und Kümmel, viel Griff und enorme Substanz, vierschrötiger Stil, der aber dennoch seine Finessen hat, sehr langer, packender Nachhall mit komplexer Würze. Braucht viel Aufmerksamkeit und hat immernoch Zeit.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, tiefer und komplexer, fein-vegetabiler Duft mit Kernobstaromen, etwas Kandis und tiefer, an Muschelschalen erinnernder Mineralik. Dicht, herb-saftig und kraftvoll im Mund, dabei lebhaft und spannend, deutlich kräuterige Aromatik, etwas Hefe und fast massive Mineralik, tief und nachhaltig am Gaumen, griffig, bei aller Kraft lebhaft und eher athletisch als schwer, komplex, noch immer jung, nussige Spuren, lang. Wird sich noch wesentlich länger weiterentwickeln als ursprünglich angenommen.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester und tiefer, relativ kühler, mineralischer Duft nach Kernobst und weißem Gemüse mit leichten Trockenkräuternoten. Auch im Mund fest, feinsaftig und etwas gemüsig, recht lebendige Säure, pflanzlich-kräuterige und deutlich mineralische Noten am Gaumen, sehr feste Struktur, noch kaum entwickelt, sehr gute Nachhaltigkeit und Tiefe, perfekte Balance, eindeutiger Herkunftscharakter, enorme Länge. Ein prachtvoller Klassiker und gleichzeitig einer der größten trockenen Silvaner - und einer der größten Frankenweine - überhaupt.
