Quite clearly reminiscent of celery with pome fruit aromas, sprouts, hints of green tea, nutty tones, a hint of tobacco and some wood. Ripe, slightly warm, somewhat sweet and melting fruit, fine acidity, a little smoke and yellow spice, nutty wood notes, some grip, good persistence, tart minerality in the background, very good, firm, quite polished finish, tart and a little sweet at the same time.
