2021 Sauvignon Blanc trocken "Opus-Oskar", Pfalz, Germany

Still very closed, emphatically yeasty nose with white and yellow fruit notes, some light wood and smoky notes as well as black berry and floral nuances. Taut, tart, light fruit, clearly yeasty tones, a little smoke and again also light wood, lively, fine acidity and noticeable grip, lots of chalk and salt, good depth, delicate olive oil pungency, still completely undeveloped, very good, firm, tart, still very yeasty and also slightly drying finish with black berry flavours. Needs to mature.
