Quite firm and deep aroma of ripe rather dark berries with dried floral nuances, some nutty and chocolaty wood spice, juniper, leather as well as a hint of long pepper, juniper and hints of Mediterranean herbs. Ripe, juicy, somewhat warm fruit, smoky and coffee-roasted aromas, fine sandy tannin, good persistence, in the background again also herbal nuances and very slightly ethereal spice, a little reminiscent of juniper, tobacco and hints of bacon, very good finish with some persistence and hints of salt. Still needs a little time.
