2017 Schweigen Sonnenberg Weißburgunder trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Relatively cool, polished, nutty pomaceous fruit, with some stone fruit, dried vegetal traces, hints of mushrooms and yeast, light mineral notes. Youthful, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, yeasty and nutty notes, light floral notes, sugar candy on the palate, delicately sweetish and creamy, good persistence and substance, still undeveloped, slightly tobacco in the background, light mineral notes, very good, juicy, again slightly sweetish finish.
