2016 Dörrenbach Springberg Riesling trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Somewhat dried planty and nutty scent with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a hint of wood, mushrooms and earthy to mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, sweet fruit with nutty and tobacco nuances, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, slightly woody, mineral in the background, good substance and some depth, a hint of bacon and mushrooms, delicately oily nuances, rather calm style, very good finish with ripe juice and again nutty and mushroom nuances.
