Translate to English Noch leicht unruhiger, kräuteriger und hefiger Duft nach reifen Zitrusfrüchten und Steinobst mit mineralischen Tönen. Süßlich und saftig im Mund, teils kandiert wirkende Frucht mit hefigen und kräuterigen Aromen, lebendige, feine Säure und etwas Kohlensäure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, griffig und mit einigem Biss, aber auch Kraft, noch wenig entwickelt und spürbar schweflig, dadurch fast ein wenig brennend, guter Abgang. Muss reifen.
