2021 Bürgstadt Silvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, tart, still somewhat yeasty nose with restrained, bright yellow fruity aromas, a hint of grapefruit and floral traces. Bright fruit and clearly yeasty notes also in the mouth, nutty and very delicate buttery tones, somewhat vegetal on the palate, fine acidity and delicate grip, good persistence, delicately creamy, mineral hints, good to very good finish with hints of barrel notes.
