2021 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Riesling trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart, a touch bacony, also slightly yeasty and vegetal aroma with quite cool yellow fruity notes and a hint of dark berries. Clear, polished, fine-juicy and dry, somewhat vegetal, mushroomy and nutty on the palate, light tannin, fine acidity, mineral hints, a little rocket, red to black berry traces, very good finish with juice and bite.
