2020 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Silvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, quite firm, tart and restrained pome fruit scent with herbal notes, some nuts, white pepper and mineral tones. Firmly knit, tangy fruit, again nutty and also peppery tones, dried planty aromas, a little celery, light bite and grip, good persistence, red berry traces, some warmth, some depth, very good, firm, grippy and spicy finish with bite.
