2019 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Silvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Slightly smoky to bacony and also somewhat vegetal nose with bright yellow fruity aromas, some herbs and mineral tones. Ripe, juicy, slightly warm fruit, again some smoke, has grip of crumbly tannin and very fine acidity, persistent, mineral in the background, moderate wood notes that integrate perfectly, very delicate carbonic acid, very good finish.
