2018 trocken "Walters Spätburgunder", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, quite polished berry nose with some dried floral, mushroomy and bacony nuances and a hint of juniper. Tart fruit with some acid bite and fine sandy tannins, some persistence, nutty, slightly barrel-woody and earthy nuances, a little mushroomy, some salt, good to very good finish, still a touch drying.
