2018 Bürgstadt Silvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool nose, vegetal and light herbaceous notes, light yellow fruit aromas, floral traces and some citrus notes. Slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, hint of fennel, touch of red berries, elegant acidity, slightly creamy, and slightly persistent, touch of sugar candy, mineral traces on a good, sweetish finish.
