2015 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Silvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Prominent vegetal and light earthy notes on the nose, touch of asparagus, pomaceous fruit, some old oak, dried florl traces, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, some more vegetal notes and asparagus, elegant, lively acidity, light tannic touch, yeasty and nutty traces, hint of old oak, persistent, good substance, still largely undeveloped, tart earthy and mineral notes in the background, good grip, some depth, very good, fairly juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
