Translate to English Zart gewürziger, leicht speckiger und angedeutet nussig-holziger Duft mit verhaltenen Noten von Zitrusfrüchten, Butterkürbis und weißen Beeren. Recht säuerlich im Mund, kräuterige, blanchiert-nussige und weiß-pfeffrige Töne, Kohlrabi, Weißkohl und etwas Salz am Gaumen, relativ lebendige Säure, sehr schlank gebaut, ordentlicher, ein wenig trocknender Abgang.
