2012 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Spätburgunder trocken "J", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Light oak on the nose, light earthy and dried vegetal notes, whiff of tobacco, red and a few black berries, delicate spicy notes and mineral notes. Ripe, firm, fairly dark fruit on the palate, some oak, earthy and salty notes, light dried vegetal notes, hint of tobacco, noticeable acid bite, youthful sandy tannins, still slightly astringent, persistent, quite full-bodied, toasted traces on a very good finish.
