2012 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Pinot Noir trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Dried vegetal notes on the nose, light lactic and volatile notes, hint of bacon, partly dried red berries and a whiff of cassis, nutty, peppery traces, touch of wilted flowers. Tart, restrained fruit on the palate, dried vegetal, nutty, spicy and earthy notes, light oak, slightly brittle tannins, noticeable high alcohol, controus rather flowing, hint of bacon and salty notes, some ashes, in rather a rustic condition, some contours on a fairly good, tart finish.
