Am Gaumen sanft und harmonisch, gereift, eher schlanke, zart würzige, weiche, eingemachte und eingelegte Mirabellen- und Mischbeerenfrucht, bitterliche Noten von Heilkräutern, leicht trocknendes, etwas vordergründiges Tannin, hat gewisse Kraft, ganz leicht alkoholisch und ein klein wenig gezehrt, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
