Slightly muted, fairly mature nose, candied lemon and mature apple notes, vegetal and earthy aromas, hint of bacon. Tranquil, straightforward, fairly firm sweet fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, acacia honey, mushrooms and a hint of pine needles, good persistence, hint of moss in the background, not particularly deep, vegetal notes, light tannic touch, earthy notes, hint of tobacco, good to very good nutty finish with some mushrooms.
