Relatively tart, fine-vegetable pome fruit scent with delicate floral and herbal nuances. Clear, tart, bright fruit, planty notes, hints of white pepper and almondy tones, fine acidity, some grip, certain persistence, salty tones in the background, very slightly floral, good to very good, firm, tart finish.
