Clear, nutty, delicately yeasty nose, fairly cool yellow fruit, light vegetal notes, hint of bacon, fairly prominent mineral notes. Fairly juicy, tranquil, fairly cool fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, light tannic grip, persistent, delicate herbaceous notes, citrus in the background, more mineral notes, creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol on a very good finish.
