Fairly cool, tart nose, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, restrained citrus and peach aromas, dried floral traces, white pepper and mineral notes. Tart fruit on the palate, dried vegetal and floral aromas, fairly prominent acidity, tannins still slightly astringent, persistent, quite full-bodied, noticeable mineral notes in the background, earthy notes, very light peppery and nutty traces, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, still slightly rough on a very good tart finish.
