Restrained, tart fruit on the palate, bedomes more juicy with aeration, prominent vegetal notes, earthy and yeasty notes, hint of bacon, lively acidity, light tannic grip, persistent, light herbaceous and floral noites, hint of dark berries and ice sweets, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, some depth, fairly firm structure, very good finish.
