2015 Rüdesheim Drachenstein Riesling trocken Erste Lage, Rheingau, Germany

Cool, polished nose, elegant herbaceous and light floral notes, citrus and stone fruit, hint of red berries, fairly prominent mineral notes. Tranquil, delicately sweet fruit on the palate, vegetal, light yeasty and floral aromas, elegant acidity, slightly muted, hint of dark berries, light earthy and mineral notes, fairly persistent, good substance, traces of bread, overall still rather unapproachable, still slightly muted on a very good, sweetish, grippy finish. Needs some time to mature.
