Translate to English Eher herber, pflanzlicher bis leicht kräuteriger und ein wenig floraler Duft nach teils eingemachtem Stein- und Kernobst mit mineralischen Anklängen und Noten kandierter Zitrusfrüchte. Relativ fest gewirkte, süßliche Frucht, lebendige, feine Säure, hefige Spuren und deutliche, ins Salzige gehende Mineralik, viel Biss und Griff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, ein Hauch Kandis im Hintergrund, florale und angedeutet dunkelbeerige Nuancen, noch jung, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter, recht fester und überraschend kühler, süßlich-saftiger Abgang mit gewissem Zug. Braucht noch Zeit.
