2023 trocken Cuvée "JBX", Württemberg, Germany

A somewhat smoky-woody and slightly earthy scent of ripe predominantly black fruits with a hint of eggplant as well as tobacco and slightly meaty tones. Dark fruit with smoky and very slightly sooty wood, herbal to slightly herbal spice and a hint of pepper, present, fine-grained tannin, lasting on the palate, certain power and warmth, but also cooling mineral notes, a bit of acidity, a little beetroot, toasty hints, good to very good finish.
