Nutty, dried vegetable and a trace of smoky fragrance with dried yellow fruity aromas and a hint of bacon. Ripe, quite melty fruit, lively acidity, smoky, nutty and vegetable tones on the palate, slightly spicy, good persistence and substance, earthy and mushy nuances, good to very good, a n hint of sweetish finish with bite
