Translate to English Rauchiger und leicht fleischiger, holzwürziger und ein wenig erdiger Duft nach eingemachten dunklen Früchten mit speckigen und angedeutet kräuterigen Aromen. Saftige, reife, teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht im Mund, rauchiges und schokoladig-röstiges Holz, etwas Ruß am Gaumen, präsentes, teils mürbes, teils noch trocknendes Tannin, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, guter bis sehr guter, schokoladiger und leicht kompottiger Abgang mit rauchig-rußigen Holzaromen und gewissem Biss.
