Ganz leicht schmelzige Frucht, vegetabile und hefige Noten, lebendige Säure, ein wenig gedeckt am Gaumen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, noch etwas Kohlensäure, vegetabile Töne, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
